Here is a non-exhaustive list of the measures we have put in place to best deal with this pandemic:
- Our offices are open. We are adjusting team rotations in order to remain open throughout the year.
- While part of the team is present in the office, the rest works remotely. We set up the logistics for working remotely two years ago and it works well.
- We work in partnership with the local company Morand to produce and supply disinfectant gels to our dear clients and property owners.
- We are available for any parcel delivery and will gladly run your errands in town in case of a health emergency.
- We work with a brokerage partner who prepares virtual tours of each property for sale.
- The organisation of virtual tours by video-conference is popular and was introduced last June. This option is promoted on our various platforms.
- Viewings in-person are also taking place, while respecting hygiene measures.
- All our cleaning and disinfection standards have been reviewed with our cleaning partners, and we remain at your disposal to answer any questions you may have on this subject.
- Verbier has obtained the Clean & Safe label to guarantee an optimal stay while respecting the measures of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health.
- For our part, VFP has signed the Verbier Tourism health prevention charter to guarantee optimum safety for our clients, owners and tenants and we are committed to scrupulously applying the health guidelines and prevention measures against COVID-19.
